Thank you to the church family at Portmore New Testament Church of God. Thank you to every member who gave, prayed, labored, cooked, cleaned, painted, carried, and stayed late. Thank you to the diaspora and friends of the ministry who stood with us when the work was dusty and unfinished. This renovation is not a contractor story alone. It is a thanksgiving story.
God planted this work in Portmore long before the latest coats of paint. From cottage prayer meetings to Faith Temple and Victory Tabernacle, the same mission has held: Welcome, Worship, and Witness. The building work you see in these photos is one more chapter of that faithfulness. Walls rose. Floors were finished. Spaces were prepared so people could gather, pray, teach, and celebrate without distraction.
Progress was made possible by generosity. Some gave finances. Some gave skill. Some gave time on hot days when the work felt slow. Some encouraged the team when the site looked unfinished. Together, the church family, the diaspora, and friends of the ministry made brighter tomorrows possible in the same house of prayer.
Look through the gallery below. You will see rooms mid-work, paint in progress, paving underway, and finished spaces ready for gathering. These pictures belong to all of us who carried the load. Same mission. Brighter tomorrows.
